    Note from Dave:  "This is the first dance date we have done in a while.  The band has done many dances over the years but in recent time we haven't had a suitable venue. The Lantern Lodge ballroom is very suitable for this affair and we are happy to announce this date.  We have a great dance book including many of the favorites from the the best big bands of Basie, Herman, James, Ferguson, Dorsey, etc.  These are great swing charts for dancing. If you like to dance and touch your partner, be there.  You will enjoy yourselves.  The Lantern has very fine dining available. Arrive early and enjoy a sumptuous buffet before the dance or stay afterwards and enjoy a meal in the Lantern dining room.  Price for the dance is only 15$ per person.
